About Me

My name is Glenn Thomas, aka Gingerbread Man. I am currently a Heavyweight Amateur Boxer with a 2-0 record with 1 KO. I am training to go for the PA Golden Gloves Super Heavyweight Title on April 24th.



My passion is boxing, plain and simple. I have a very smooth boxing style and study the game all the time. I train at Pedone's Heavy Hitters in Stroudsburg PA and am heavily involved in the training of younger fighters and kids.

Personal Training

  • Price: $20 a session.
  • Attire: Sneakers and Shorts.
  • Available Times: Monday - Friday 11am to 7pm. Other times can be scheduled upon request.
